SLIP LICENSE RATES FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2012Boat Rentals - Click HereWe will put you in the smallest slip that your boat will fit in and charge you for that size. If we have to put your boat in a larger slip because the other is not available, you won't pay more. If you elect to put it in a larger slip because of personal preference, you pay the difference. In an effort to help out in these tough times we are making payment programs available for our 2012 Annual Slip Holders. Please call the Marina office for more information. The Marina does have a referral program that can save current slip holders up to $100.00 per referral. So, don’t forget to let us know when you have sent a potential slip holder our way. - Current vessel / trailer registration is required for all boats and trailers stored at the Marina. A photocopy of current registration must be presented to the Marina and maintained on file for all vessels and trailers.
- Insurance coverage is required for all boats berthed in the Marina. A current Certificate of Insurance must be presented to the Marina and maintained on file for all licensed vessels. The Boat Owner, at his sole expense, shall at all times during the course of occupancy maintain with an insurance company which is acceptable to Marina a Protection and Indemnity policy of insurance with limits of not less than $300,000 and a deductible of not more than $10,000 per occurrence, naming the Marina (Millerton Lake Marinas, LLC) as additional insured or additional interest, with a 30-day cancellation notice. The Boat Owner shall also maintain a Hull and Machinery policy covering at least 100% of the present, actual cash value of the vessel, with endorsements for extended perils, damage by fire, electrolysis and/or stray current, corrosion, vandalism, theft and burglary.
We have two time frames for Half Day rentals; 8:30am to 12:30pm and 1pm to 5pm. Full Day rentals are from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
A deposit is required to reserve a boat rental. The deposit will only be refunded when the boat is returned on time, without any damage to the boat, onboard equipment, docks or other boats. The deposit may not be refunded if you do not arrive durring the reserved time frame to use the rental boat.
Rental prices do not include fuel.
Must present CA Driver's License and be at least 25 years of age.
Must provide a cell phone number that we can reach you at while you are out with the rental boat.
No Pets, Rentals start at 8:30am, Person renting boat must be present at checkout of rental.
Park entrance fee must be paid for each vehicle
